About Powderly Construction Limited – an Award-Winning Heritage Contractors Meath Company

Powderly Construction t/a Patrick Powderly Construction is an award-winning heritage contractors Meath company. We are a second generation family business formed in the 50’s by our late father and mentor Tommy. He was a carpenter by trade and worked in Dublin for large part of his journey where he learned valuable experience in the historical city that is Dublin. He built up a reputation with his attention to detail where he passed onto his family that continue to follow in his steps. Working in conservation and restoration of period residence going far back to extensive work on famous buildings such as Rathaldron castle in the early 80’s, to Working on Ardbraccan House in the late 90’s early 00’s. The area where our family originated was an experience for which the team won the top award from An Taisce for best restoration of a private residence. From there, he excelled in the traditional workmanship and crafts to bring the past back to life. We continue his great work today.
